3. Get Organized
Be Healthier
1. I quit drinking pop....and for those that know me, this is huge!!! My last pop was on February 16th!! I did have a couple Coke Zero's but still no regular pop, which I am quite proud of!!
2. I've been trying to watch what i eat
3. I called about my fitness usa membership that has been collecting dust since, oh, about 2000.....yikes.......so I started up at the gym doing treadmill, eliptical, and bike.......
4. I signed up to do a charity walk for CureSearch which is an organization that supports finding a cure for pediatric cancer.
Get out of Debt
1. I've put myself on a weekly budget and been doing well....again for people who know me, this is huge progress - lol
2. Of course not drinking pop has saved a lot of money, i almost cant believe it - lol
3. Made a vow to only use Cash, and if I dont have cash, I dont need it that bad :)
Get Organized
1. Thank goodness for IKEA!!! We went and bought a coat rack and shoe cubby for all the shoes and coats and hung it up in our foyer. What a difference this has made....no more coats and shoes all over the place!!!
2. We purchased some organizational units for the kids toys....I don't think this will ever be organized, but i will die trying.......lol
3. I think organzing will be a task that will never be complete!!

Totally Bored
Ok, so I'm sitting at work, and its sooooooo dead! I was just debating with myself whether its worse to be quiet or busy??? I am not 100% sure of that answer, but regardless this is painful! I have to work weekends the entire month of February - no fun. So here I am on Valentines day, sitting on the 14th floor of my building in Detroit bored out of my mind.
I did however discover that I can blog from work, I thought for sure this would be a blocked website, so I never even tried to do it at work, and today while browsing the internet (shhh!) I came across a blog and it worked, so here I am typing about my oh so boring day at work!
Life has been pretty low key lately, kids have been battling colds and poor little Joey came down with a flu last week. Hopefully our household is now done with the nasty flu for the rest of the year! We have been giving each kid daily breathing treatments and listening to the harmony of coughs coming from each child, I think we are on the mend, and Josh and I have even been able to escape the horrible cough. My poor mother-in-law (what a blessing) has been back and forth to the doctors almost daily with doctor appointments and follow-ups for each of them.
Justin and Jacob tried a karate class, and the absolutely loved it. They got a cute little uniform and even got to break their first board....they thought that was pretty cool! I am hoping to get them in swim lessons at the end of this month, its so hard though because with Josh and I both working, most of the younger children classes are all at like 4 and 5 pm and that makes it extremely difficult, if not impossible for us to get them there on time. We hate to rely on others to help us get them there, our families are already doing so much for us on a regular basis.
Ok, I can see I am taking my boredom out on my readers, if there are any - lol!!! I'm sorry...I have some more I feel like writing, but i think i will just put it for antoher post and save it for another day - lol!!
Until next time!!
